Building a Closed-Loop Fiber System
Unlike conventional fiber mills that handle only part of the process, our initiative will manage the entire journey—from sheep to finished garment—ensuring sustainability at every step.

Climate-Beneficial Wool Program – Utilizing silvopasture systems, we will integrate rotational grazing with tree crops to improve soil health, sequester carbon, and produce high-quality fiber.

Natural Dyeing & Fiber Arts Education – We will use locally sourced plant-based dyes, offering workshops to educate the community on sustainable fiber practices.
Custom Fiber Processing Services – Our facility will provide spinning, carding, and fiber preparation services to regional wool growers, keeping local fiber within the community.
Ethical & Eco-Friendly Clothing Alternatives – Through our Mercantile & Makers Club, we will offer custom, made-to-order clothing using sustainable fibers, contributing to the slow fashion movement.
